Etta Says – Crunchy Duck Chews

Yet another I was out and felt guilty purchase!  Etta Says crunch duck chews!

Etta Says - Crunch Duck Chew

Another product proud to be made in the USA and also is claimed to be natural.

Entertainment Value/Enjoyment(Me: 7.5/10, Lilo: 9/10):  Lilo was excited for the chew and I was happy to provide.  It lasted not as long as I’d like but with Lilo that’s the norm.  She did have to chew it a bit so it met my requirements for me to be happy.

Smell(9/10):  Smelled like a meat, I’m not a fan of meat but it didn’t stink so I’m content.  Extra bonuses to the point that Lilo chewing it didn’t further elicit further stink, like a few meat treats I know of.

Per Day Limit:  Ask the vet and use your judgement on if your pet seems a little too ducked out.  I see no recommendations on the box.

Training Potential(7/10):  You could probably cut these up into little pieces as “super rewards” in training and for that I’m giving it a high ranking.  As it is I’d probably just use this as a reward for being calm when she wants to go lick mass amounts of people(which in all honesty is always).

Cost: Mine was $1.60 for a single one but you can get them at Amazon for $31.30 a box.

Bottom Line:  It’s a bit up there in price but I enjoyed giving it to Lilo and she enjoyed it so if I had spare money for her treats and wanted to spoil her this would be something I grab.  As it is I’ll probably grab her one once in awhile for her enjoyment.

Note: Caution should always be used when introducing a new food item into a dogs diet.  The recommendations on this page are not issued from a vet and I have no experience or knowledge in animal nutrition.  My analysis is based purely on my relationship with my dog and I’ve trusted the packaging to be accurate as to the impact it will have on my dogs health. If your dog has special needs, please consult a vet before introducing any treats into their diet, regardless of my recommendations.
